In 2026, Maven Construction reached an extraordinary milestone – 25 years of building, growing, overcoming challenges, and creating lasting relationships throughout New York and beyond.
To mark this special chapter in our history, we gathered at the iconic Cipriani 25 Broadway in New York City for an evening dedicated to the people and experiences that have shaped Maven Construction since its founding in 2001.
Our 25th Anniversary celebration brought together employees, clients, business partners, longtime collaborators, friends, and families. Many of the people in the room had been part of the Maven story for years — some from the earliest chapters of the company, others representing the relationships and opportunities that continue to shape our future.
The evening was designed as more than an anniversary gala. It was an opportunity to pause, look back, and recognize just how much can happen over a quarter of a century.
Over those 25 years, Maven has taken on challenging projects, worked through changing markets and complex construction environments, expanded its capabilities, and built relationships based on trust and performance. Every completed project has added experience to our organization, but it is the people behind those projects who have ultimately defined the company.
Throughout the celebration, guests were able to revisit parts of that journey through stories, photographs, video presentations, and personal reflections from employees, partners, friends, and industry leaders who have worked alongside Maven over the years.
The historic architecture of Cipriani 25 Broadway provided an unforgettable setting for the occasion. Custom projection mapping transformed the venue throughout the evening, bringing Maven’s 25th Anniversary identity to life across the walls and ceilings of one of New York City’s most remarkable event spaces. Live entertainment, dinner, music, and moments shared among hundreds of guests turned the evening into a celebration we will remember for years to come.
For Jack, Olga, and the entire Maven team, the anniversary was also an opportunity to recognize everyone whose dedication has contributed to the company’s success. From the people working in the field and managing complex projects to those supporting operations behind the scenes, Maven’s story has always been built by a team.
We are equally grateful to the clients, agencies, consultants, subcontractors, financial institutions, professional partners, and friends who have trusted Maven and worked alongside us throughout the years. Many of those relationships have grown far beyond individual projects and have become an important part of who we are as a company.
Reaching 25 years is something we are extremely proud of, but this celebration was never intended to mark a finish line.
Instead, it represented a moment between two chapters – an opportunity to honor everything that brought us here while looking forward to new projects, new partnerships, new challenges, and continued growth.
Twenty-five years of construction. Twenty-five years of relationships. Twenty-five years of experience, resilience, and progress.
To everyone who has been part of the Maven Construction journey: thank you.
We are proud of what we have built together – and we are excited for what comes next.
25 years behind us. The next chapter is already underway.
